About the Founder

Nihal is a HR Professional having worked across sectors such as Mfg. FMCG Sales, IT/IT Services, BFSI, Real Estate, etc. for over 22 years. Over these years, he has developed into a leading People Strategist and a Trusted Advisor to business associated with Organizations like CBay Systems, Ambit Group, Daiwa Securities of Japan, Edelweiss Group, Knight Frank. etc. During his journey he has played a pivotal role in building and strengthening the HR function be it Startups, SME or Mid sized companies, leading to a more productive and stable workforce.

His People Acumen coupled with Business has led to him being recognized by the Organizations and People he has worked with and has featured in the elite list of the Top 101 HR Minds in India by the World HRD Congress. A leader, who believes that each part of a team/ organization is equally important to the other which drives internal respect and eventually leads to success for all.
